30 20# wallball ( I used 10' target)
30 60# squat snatch - begin movement below knees (i.e. no hang snatch)
time 23:38
round times 6:04, 8:21, 9:13
not sure if I'd ever done that many squat snatches. For the most part felt good. Easy to tell when I didn't get the weight balanced overhead. This WOD is a quad killer!
