Bench Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
I'm not a fan of bench. It makes my left shoulder hurt during the WOD and sometimes for a few days after the WOD. Today's weights as follows:
2-170
2-180
2-190
2-185 2nd rep very slow
1-180 (failed #2)
1-170 (shoulder hurt, threw in the towel)
