400m and deadlift
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
400m run
5 deadlift
I put 295# on the bar and took off. Ran .25 miles on treadmill.
4 rounds plus .06 mile
kept round times, but forgot to look after 1, so here's 2-4:
2) 5:30
3) 8:27
4) 11:15
