6 handstand push ups
12 chest to bar pull ups
24 weighted lunges 35# weight in each hand
round times 2:02,2:55,3:21,3:21,3:10 = 14:39
hspu mostly unbroken...came down once in rounds 3 & 4
couldn't seem to keep a rhythm on pull ups, so I broke them up after round 1.
lunges were brutal. I used the 35# bumper plates for weights.
