15 minutes...rowing and push ups
I hate push ups. I suck at them and my shoulder hurts!
I know, I know...3..2..1..GO!
AMRAP 15 minutes:
250m row
25 push ups
4 full rounds + 136m row
1136m rowing and 100 push ups
push ups were broken down into doubles and trips by the end...brutal!
