deadlift and double unders

10 275# deadlift
50 double unders
As Rx = 6:50 (1:19, 2:36, 2:55)
compared to
last time
when I did 30 double unders/round...big improvement
first 10 dl unbroken
second round 4, 3, 2, 1
last round 4, 5, 1
