Rx WOD was 5 rounds for time:
Run 200m
7 muscle ups
Run 200m
7 HSPU
Run 200m
30 sec L sit
Run 200m
20 pistols
I knew this would take a long time, probably longer than 1 hour, so I scaled to AMRAP 20 minutes:
200m run
5 muscle ups
200m run
5 HSPU (off 15# plates with nothing in between, not all the way to floor)
200m run
20 seconds L sit
200m run
20 pistols (using vertical bar to help with balance at bottom)
Got 2 rounds done in 20:54

mis-read the WOD
Here's what I did (Rx in parenthesis):
15 minute AMRAP
15 strict pull ups (chest to bar)
30 second L-sit on rings
I got 3 rounds plus 15 pull ups.
L-sits where really hard. I'd try to stay in a sit for 5 seconds, but after a while even getting 3 seconds was challenging. I ended up doing the 3rd round as tuck sits (knees up). Varied pull up grip throughout, changing each time I let go of the bar. 3 of the p/u were assisted by putting my foot on the swingset to help push up to the bar. A few may not have been chin over bar, but I got as high as I could.
60 strict pull ups plus 90 seconds L sits/tucks
15 minute AMRAP
15 strict pull ups (chest to bar)
30 second L-sit on rings
I got 3 rounds plus 15 pull ups.

Buncha stuff
Saturday AM WOD with Jared, Vince, and John.
Part I - 50 yds down and back with a)tired sled with 45# bumper b)sprint c) slosh pipe
Vince 2:20
John 2:16
Jared 1:55
Jason 1:43
Part II -with running clock, you must accumulate one minute L-sit hold on parallettes. one minute timer stops and restarts each time your feet hit the ground
Vince 1:53
John 2:35 (with plates for additional height)
Jared 3:56
Jason 2:00
Part III - 2 man teams. Man A each team does handstand holds. Anytime he is not on the wall, Man B from the opposing team's man does AMRAP hand release push ups. The more time you spend on the wall, the less time he has to do push ups. The round is 3 minutes long, then switch places so Man B will do handstand holds and Man A does hand release push ups.
Push up totals:
Vince 34
Jason 33
Jared 35
John 27
Part IV -
4 man team...responsible for moving 135# barbell, 20# ball over head, 53# and 35# KB, and sled with 25# bumpers 100 yard, rotate equipment, go 100 yds rotate equipment. We went 400 yds out and back so each man carried each piece of equipment a total of 200yds. As we were coming back, we did it Indian race style with the man in the back had to pass the other 3.
Pretty sweet WOD today!

l-sits, good mornings, sit ups, back extensions
3 rounds for time:
A 60 seconds L-sits
B 30 good mornings (45# bar)
C 60 sit ups
D 20 25# back extensions
Time 30:58
WOD wasn't done in order...I did A1, B1, C1, D1, A2, B2, C2, A3, B3, D2, C3, D3. Some dude was using the GHD for wrist curls. I stopped and talked to Brandon for about a minute during the WOD.
L-sits - used rings for round 1, rings and stack of plates in round 2, and added parallettes and dip bar for 3rd round. First two rounds were for a minute, last round just did a bunch of attempts trying to hold for 5 seconds each time
G/M - Rx
Sit ups - feet anchored under gatorade machine...soles of feet touching each other (think butterfly stretches for the groin)
Back extensions - Rx
