St . Patty's Day tradition. Subbed some burpees for push ups and squats, so my WOD looked like this:

Run One Mile
80 burpees
100 pull ups
120 push ups
220 squats
Run One Mile

I put on the 20# weight vest, ran one mile, then did 1/2 of the exercises. I took the vest off, did the second half of the exercises, then put the vest back on, ran a mile, and was done.

Time 54:25. First day running outside in a long time. Ran from depot down around circle in the park and back to depot.

A hero workout. I scaled the WOD as Rx to include my 76 burpees...main site WOD was for time:

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Since my 76 burpees include a squat and a pushup, I reduced the pushups and squats by 76 and added 76 burpees:

1 mile Run
76 Burpees
100 Pull-ups
124 Push-ups
224 Squats
1 mile Run

Time 49:27...very tough workout. Sweat was pouring and I was pretty well able to keep working at something. I took a few breathers between exercises and walked some of second mile run.

As Rx - run one mile, then do 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats, then run another mile.

My workout - run one mile, do 50 pullups, 100 pushups, and 150 squats.

Time: 35:36

Did this over lunch, mid 80s, very nice day.

Pushups were the killer and the mile to finish it off included about 4 walks of 25-50 yards.
