125 - 2
125 - 1 wide grip plus 2 halfway down and up
125 - 2 5# weights were hanging on the bar with weight belt
115 - 1 narrow grip
115 - 1 wide drip plus 2 halfway down and up
115 - 3
100 - 5 30# on left side, 25# on right side
100 - 5 25# of left side, 30# on right side

felt weak today. right shin is killing me. I think I got a shin splint walking in St Louis Saturday. Good thing shoulder press was today, because it was about the ONLY think I could do.

Did some handstand holds after.
