snatch and OHS

WOD was snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

I did some warm up stretching, OHS, and some "lighter" snatching.  Started WOD at 135# using split snatch.

Did one rep OHS @ 135#, then dropped and did AMRAP at 3 weights:

95 - 8
105 - 6
115 - 5

Nice WOD!  Vince is going to sunny FL...bastard!!
