30 HSPU - 8 strict, 22 assisted (19:54)

7 more assited in 2 sets (21:16)

I was surprised how hard the pull ups were. I thought I could get through them in 2 fairly easy sets, but ended up breaking them down into sets of 5-8 at a time. Sit ups are still a killer of mine.
