Regional WOD

10 muscle ups
15 HSPU
20 155# cleans (squat cleans Rxd, I did power cleans from the floor)
run 550m (I ran once around the circle = 1/3 mile)

time 11:14

got 5 muscle ups in a row to start, then singles from there. muscle ups really have an effect on the HSPU.
