run 800m
6 rope climbs (Rx was 5 @ 15ft, mine's shorter so I added one)
50 push ups
Rounds 1-3: ran, then alternated a climb, 10 push ups, climb, 10 push ups...and finished with a climb
Rounds 4-5: ran, then did push ups to failure, climb, push ups to failure...until 6 climbs and 50 push ups
Runs on first two were non-stop. Walked "some" in rounds 3-5.
Did at lunch...hot day!
