front squats & 5k

first WOD at Depot.

Front squats 5-5-5-5-5 (xd indicates arms crossed to hold bar - easier on wrist and able to do more weight)

Rx 5k (on treadmill) - alternating b/t running and walking on steep inclines - total time about 23 minutes covered about 2.25 miles...kept a good heart rate even during walking.
