today's WOD is squat cleans...I can't do them!
did 2x 15 pullups (first set strict palms up, 2nd set kipping palms down) & 15 dips on sawhorses.
Did some light stretching to work on hip flexors.
100 day challenge - 25 burpees this AM, 23 at lunch for time - 1:18. YTD burpees 1273
