Back Squat (Tuesday 9/30/08)
CFWU 15x3 to start
No equipment to back squat free weights, so I used my Bowflex - 310lbs. 8-10-10. Also did some front squats with 25# dumbbells (I was able to get a deeper squat with the dumbbells).
