Today should've been a rest day, but I decided to follow Hal Higdon's schedule for half-marathons and today would've been a long run, so I decided to CrossFit instead. Did WOD as Rx:
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95# Thruster, 5 reps
95# Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95# Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
6 full sets done in about 18 minutes...insert fork!
