100 pull ups
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 squats
25 pull ups to start, then 12 sets to get remaining 75
20 push ups to start, then 12 sets to get remaining 80
Time 29:31...new PR! (last time done as Rx was 4/19/09 in about 33 minutes)
