deadlift and pull ups

for time, alternating sets of 225# deadlift and pull ups:

deadlift 15,12,9,6,3
pull ups 50,40,30,20,10

sets of 15, 6, & 3 deadlift unbroken

time 23:26

WOD was pretty hard on the grip. I ended up doing quite a few p/u with palms facing each other on the last couple sets.

10 burpees as warm up, 14 as cool down
