5 rounds max reps of 135# bench and pullups. Scaled back weight on bench press from body weight (165#) to 135#. After benching the last few times, my left shoulder has been huring...going lighter to try and avoid that.

Next time, need to try 140# bench and focus more on pull ups...felt like I dropped off the bar a little too soon on a couple sets. Most pull ups were chin well above bar.
